"How long did my baby nap today?", "How many times did they wake up at night?", "When did they first sleep through?" Without recording baby sleep, it's hard to remember accurately later. Use BebeSnap sleep tracker to easily record and understand your baby's sleep patterns.

Why Sleep Tracking Matters

There are many benefits to tracking your baby's sleep.

Why you need to track:

  • Pattern recognition: Discover your baby's unique sleep rhythm
  • Check adequate sleep: Verify if sleep duration matches their age
  • Detect sleep regression: Notice when patterns suddenly change
  • Doctor consultation data: Provide accurate data when discussing sleep issues

Especially useful for sleep training - records help measure effectiveness.

FAQ

Q: I don't know the exact time baby fell asleep.

Approximate time is fine. You can edit the time by tapping the record later. Consistent recording is more important than precise recording for pattern recognition.

Q: Should I record every brief wake-up at night?

Record only when baby fully woke and needed feeding or soothing. Brief fussing before falling back asleep doesn't need recording.

Q: Should I record sleep in the car during outings?

Yes, record as a nap. It helps track total sleep time.

Q: What is "sleeping through"? How do I check?

Sleeping through means sleeping 6+ hours continuously at night. When night sleep exceeds 6 continuous hours in your records, it's marked as sleeping through.

Q: I want to delete a sleep record.

Tap the record in the list to edit or delete it.

Q: Can family members share sleep records?

Yes, using the family sharing feature, your spouse or grandparents can view baby's sleep records in real-time.
