BebeSnap Service Terms of Use

Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions aim to clearly define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the company and users, as well as other necessary matters related to the use of services provided by BebeSnap Service (hereinafter referred to as "Company").

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows:

  • Service: Refers to services such as parenting-related information provision, baby health data analysis, and community provided by the Company.
  • User: Refers to an individual who enters into a service use agreement with the Company and uses the services provided by the Company.
  • ID: Refers to the email address set by the user for identification purposes.
  • Password: Refers to a combination of letters and numbers set by the user for identity verification and confidentiality protection.
  • Data: Refers to all materials created and entered by the user while using the service.

Chapter 2: Publication and Revision of Terms

Article 3 (Publication and Revision of Terms)

  • The Company posts these Terms and Conditions on the initial screen of the service so that users can easily review them.
  • The Company may revise these Terms and Conditions as necessary, and the revised content will be announced at least 7 days before the revision.
  • Users may terminate the use agreement if they do not agree with the revised terms, and if they do not express their refusal to the revised terms, they will be deemed to have agreed.

Article 4 (Rules Other Than Terms)

Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by relevant laws such as the Information and Communications Network Act, Electronic Commerce Act, or commercial practices.

Chapter 3: Service Use Agreement

Article 5 (Establishment of Use Agreement)

The service use agreement is established when the user agrees to the terms and completes the registration process for service use.

The Company may refuse the use agreement in the following cases:

  • When using a name that is not real or impersonating another person's name
  • When entering false information
  • When the Company deems it inappropriate to provide the service

Chapter 4: Privacy Protection

Article 6 (Collection and Protection of Personal Information)

  • The Company collects the minimum amount of personal information necessary to provide the service.
  • The Company strives to protect users' personal information in accordance with relevant laws and notifies the collection and use purposes of personal information through the privacy policy.

Article 7 (ID and Password Management)

  • The responsibility for managing the ID and password lies with the user, and they must not provide them to a third party.
  • If a user becomes aware of ID and password theft or use, they must immediately notify the Company and follow the instructions.

Chapter 5: Service Use

Article 8 (Provision of Service)

  • The Company provides users with services such as parenting-related data analysis and health information provision.
  • In principle, the service is available 24 hours a day, year-round, but may be temporarily suspended due to the Company's business or technical circumstances.

Article 9 (Change and Suspension of Service)

  • The Company may change the content and usage methods of the service, and will not provide separate compensation to users unless specifically stipulated by relevant laws.
  • When suspending the service, the Company will notify users in accordance with Article 10, and may suspend without prior notice in unavoidable circumstances.

Article 10 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following acts:

  • Theft of others' information
  • Entry of false information
  • Infringement of the Company's or third parties' rights

Users must comply with relevant laws, terms and conditions, and service instructions, and must not engage in acts that interfere with the Company's business.

Chapter 6: Paid Services and Subscriptions

Article 11 (Paid Services)

  • The Company provides paid services such as ad removal and premium features through a monthly subscription model.
  • Subscription period and pricing can be found on the in-app subscription screen.

Article 12 (Auto-Renewal Subscription)

  • Subscriptions are automatically renewed, and payment for the next subscription period will be charged 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
  • If you do not wish to auto-renew, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
  • Subscriptions are processed through the App Store (Apple App Store) or Google Play Store, and the payment policies of those platforms apply.

Article 13 (Subscription Management and Cancellation)

  • iOS users: You can manage and cancel your subscription in Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
  • Android users: You can manage and cancel your subscription in Google Play Store → Subscriptions.
  • When you cancel your subscription, you can continue to use the service until the end of the current subscription period.

Article 14 (Refund Policy)

  • Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
  • Subscription fees already charged are generally non-refundable.
  • Refund requests must be made directly to each platform (Apple or Google).

Chapter 7: Contract Termination and Use Restriction

Article 15 (Contract Termination and Use Restriction)

  • Users may terminate the service use agreement at any time, and the Company may terminate the agreement if there is a justifiable reason.
  • If a user violates these Terms and Conditions or causes disruption to service operation, the Company may restrict service use or terminate the agreement.

Chapter 8: Compensation for Damages and Exemption

Article 16 (Compensation for Damages)

  • The Company is responsible for compensating damages if it causes damage to users intentionally or negligently.
  • If a user causes damage to the Company intentionally or negligently, the user is responsible for compensating the Company for such damage.

Article 17 (Exemption)

  • The Company is not responsible for damages caused by natural disasters or force majeure equivalent thereto.
  • The Company is not responsible for service use disruptions caused by the user's fault.

Article 18 (AI Analysis and Health Information)

  • The AI analysis results and health information provided by this service are for reference only and do not replace diagnosis by a medical professional.
  • If you have concerns about your baby's health, please consult with a pediatrician.
  • The Company is not responsible for users' judgments and actions based on the information provided.

Article 19 (Information Sources)

The health information in this service is provided with reference to materials from credible organizations such as WHO, the Korean Pediatric Society, and the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency.

Chapter 9: Miscellaneous

Article 20 (Dispute Resolution)

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes arising from the service shall be resolved in the court of jurisdiction where the Company's headquarters is located.

Addendum

These Terms and Conditions shall be effective from October 15, 2025.
